The booking is scheduled once you pay. If you pay before 5pm on a certain day, we can schedule the bike pickup for the next day. If you pay later than 5 pm, we can attempt a pickup the next day. We do not schedule pickups on Sundays and public holidays.
In the rare case, a pickup may be missed if the courier person is unable to find the address, or the sender does not pick up the phone call by the courier person. It is best to be ready for a pickup the next day.
If you have a time sensitive pickup, such as a pickup for an event it is advisable to proceed with time on your side.
