• We will send you a shipping label and declaration letter by email.
• Stick the shipping label we send you on the box.
• Put a copy of the label inside the box.
• Print the declaration letter to hand to the courier person at the time of pickup.
• Hand off the bicycle to the courier person/ or the Pro can and await your bicycle at the other end.
• You will be provided with a tracking number and updates.
